Carson is one of Jenkins Bagley’s founding members. His legal practice focuses primarily on real estate, homeowner association law, planned communities, condominiums, civil litigation, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, foreclosures, evictions and business. As attorney for several homeowner associations, he is continually advising associations regarding compliance and enforcement of their governing documents, including amending governing documents to coincide with the current federal and state laws. He also represents individual owners within community associations.
Integrity and hard work are at the forefront of Carson’s practice and he has been recognized as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite”. He regularly provides educational seminars for community managers and board members at community events.
