Biography

Jeremy began his legal career focusing on land use law, particularly land development and eminent domain. He assisted former Property Rights Ombudsman, Craig Call, in preparing the book Utah Law of Eminent Domain and represented developers, Salt Lake City Corporation, The Salt Lake City International Airport, Target Corporation and many others.

After practicing law for many years, Jeremy co-founded a prominent Utah management company, which also expanded to other states. In so doing, Jeremy managed some of the largest communities for that company. These communities had significant amenities and thousands of homeowners (the largest community had over 1,600 homes). Jeremy's experience managing associations and helping to run a management company has given him a unique understanding of what property managers and associations need from legal counsel.

After transferring his interest in the management company and transitioning back to the full-time practice of law, Jeremy is excited to put his unique perspective to work for management companies and associations. Jeremy is particularly excited to join Jenkins Bagley Sperry, PLLC, in serving associations and advising clients on real estate related matters.

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys soccer, chess, hiking, and especially his wife and kids.
