Kimball A. Forbes

Kimball A. Forbes is a partner at Jenkins Bagley Sperry, PLLC, and is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada. He focuses his practice on community association law—representing homeowners and condominium associations—as well as general real estate, including litigation and transactions. He has extensive experience drafting and reviewing CC&Rs, contracts, easements, and other types of real estate documents. He also handles other types of litigation, including trust disputes and probates, and he handles most of the firm’s appellate practice. Kimball serves on the boards of the Utah Community Association Law Section of the Utah Bar and the Southern Utah Bar Association. He loves southern Utah and enjoys movies (especially classic black-and-white films) eating barbeque, audiobooks, scuba diving, and most of all, his family.
